Acknowledgements to Other Wedding Entertainment Professionals

Weddings are quite different from any other type of formal event, because every Bride & Groom is different than any other in their...values, styles, tastes, personalities, dreams, goals, ethnic backgrounds...and the list goes on and on. Add to this an entire list of guests equally different...and you have an event that is challenging to say the least. With all of their differences they do have at least one thing in common, they expect their wedding to be as memorable as it is exciting.

In order to meet these challenges it takes years of dedication, practice, a certain degree of talent, and lot's of help from other talented and skilled professionals willing to share their knowledge and offer support.

Disc Jockey

One such person whom I would like to offer my appreciation is Peter Merry, a first-class Wedding Entertainment Director and Disc Jockey who has been a pioneer in the art of directing truly entertaining wedding receptions for many years. His contribution to wedding direction has set new standards by which all others should strive to follow. He is also an accomplished author and has written a book entitled "The Best Wedding Reception Ever" in which I highly recommend and consider it a "must read" for anybody planning a wedding. Thank you Peter..........

Another asset to the wedding entertainment community is Randy Bartlett, owner of Premiere Entertainment and Video. Also a pioneer in the wedding entertainment field and a superb Disc Jockey. Randy openly shares his ideas, knowledge and encouragement with all dj's who strive to improve their skills. I appreciate his openness and value him as a member of the wedding entertainment and disc jockey community. Thank you Randy..........

Last but not least...I would like to thank my family, and particularly my wife Brenda. As an entertainer and disc jockey, working long hours and weekends is standard procedure. It is our job to work around the schedules of busy clients, and that often trickles down to our families working around our clients schedules as well. I am thankful for my families understanding and continued support.
